Corn cob grilled with lime butter

Preparation:
In a pot heat up the water and milk, then add the sugar and salt. Add the corn cobs and cook over medium heat for about 20 – 25 minutes.
When finished, remove the corn from the milk and let them drip until there is no milk left.
Grate the skin of the lime and chop the chilli pepper finely. Blend both with soft butter and a little salt.
Put the corn cobs on the grill and fry for 8 minutes in hot oil. Then serve them with the lime butter.
