Preparation:
Peel the onions then cut them into thin rings.
In a pan heat the oil and fry the onions over medium heat until they are golden brown. Season with 3 whole cumin, pepper, 3 pinches of sugar and salt.
When the onions are finished, add the white wine and boil once again. Add the vegetable stock and boil for another 15 minutes.
In the meantime, clean the spring onions and cut them into rings as well. Add them to the soup 2 minutes before it is finished.
To get the bread crisp, but it in the toaster, then spread crushed garlic on it. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with crushed berries and serve with the garlic bread.
Tip: You can put Gouda or any other aromatic cheese on the garlic bread. Then put it in the griller until the cheese melts.
