Leek soup with potatoes

Preparation:
Heat a pot of water which is large enough to cook the soup. Then peel, wash and dice potatoes. Clean and wash leeks and cut into thin rings. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely. In the pot heat a little olive oil and fry the onions until soft. Add the potatoes and leeks and stir gently. While the vegetables cook, prepare the broth.
