Couscous

Preparation:
Put the couscous in a bowl and mix with the olive oil.
Then cut the dried fruit into small pieces, nuts can be ground.
Next put the nuts into a pan (without fat) and roast them until they are golden brown.
Then remove from heat and mix with the couscous. Pour the hot broth over the couscous and let soak for 5 minutes or until it can easily be broken up with a fork.
Season as needed with pepper, lemon juice and salt. Serve while still warm.
