Spaghetti with beef

Preparation:
Beef rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Then cut into bite-size strips. Peel the onions and garlic and cut into cubes. In a pan heat some olive oil, then fry the meat on all sides until crisp. Add onions and garlic and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and fry shortly. Deglaze with the red wine. Add the tomatoes to the meat and boil everything. Add water if necessary. Season the sauce with granulated broth, salt, pepper and oregano. Lower the temperature and simmer for 1 hour. When the meat is cooked, you can add the olives, capers or balsamic to the sauce. However, it is not necessary. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. If desired, you can melt some slices of raclette cheese in the sauce.
