Preparation:
Put the pork and bones into a pot with cold water. Season with salt so that the broth gets really tasty. Wash, peel and cut the carrots, then add to the pork. Cut the carrots into slices and add as well. Peel 4 onions and wash the celery. Add bot with bay leaves to the soup. Bring the meat to the boil. If, in the process, foam builds up, it has to be removed. When the meat is done, remove the bones. Melt butter in a big pot and fry the onions, then add the rice. Add the broth and bring it to the boil until the rice is done. Peel 2 onions and chop finely. In a large saucepan, melt the butter and fry the onions until soft, then add the rice. Sauté the rice for some time and add broth, let it boil. Add broth as needed until the rice is soft. Chop the sausages and add it to the meat and risotto; season and done.
