Ingredients:
  • 1kg pork
  • 1kg beef
  • 1kg Kassel
  • 1kg Minced
  • 1kg peppers
  • 1kg of peeled tomatoes
  • 1kg onions
  • 4 bottles Shashlik sauce
  • 3 large cans sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • Garlic
  • Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt, pepper, paprika (red pepper)

Preparation:

Wash the meat and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut pork, beef and Kassel into large cubes. Clean, peel and dice the peppers and onions. Cut the tomatoes crosswise and place into hot water. This way the skin detaches and can easily be removed. Then chop them coarsely. Heat some fat in the pan, add the meat gradually and fry until brown. Remove the meat and layer it in a large pan. Finally, fry the minced meat and layer it to the other meat. Finally add onions, peppers and fry with the tomato sauce. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Then add the crème Fraiche and back for 20 minutes. This dish goes exceptionally well with pasta, potato salad or a fresh baguette.
