Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salt water. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels. Clean the mushrooms with a nail brush, then wash them and cut into slices. If you would like to skip this part, simply buy canned mushrooms. Now heat some oil in a large pan and fry the onion until soft. Cut the chicken breast into strips and add to the onions. Fry until the meat is nicely brown. Finally, add the mushrooms and cook for a little while, stirring frequently. Add the cream to the pan, season sufficiently with salt, pepper and spice mixture and simmer for 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta When done put it all on plates or bowls and serve. This dish goes well with corn or green salad. If you do not like pasta, rice or potatoes will do as well.
