Königsberg meatballs with rice or potatoes

Preparation:
Drain the filet and dice finely. Peel the onions and chop them. Mix the minced meat with the chopped fish, onions soaked bread and eggs, then knead it all to a dough. If the dough is to lose, you can add some flour. The form little balls in the size of table tennis balls. Boil the broth in a saucepan and gently cook the minced meat dumplings in it for 15 minutes. Lift out the dumplings and put the broth aside. Then melt the butter in a pan and fry the flour in it. Boil a part of the broth into a light sauce. Season the sauce with the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the capers and meatballs and heat it all up again. This dish goes best with potatoes or rice. Lave the capers if you don’t like them
