Preparation:
Before you start cooking, peel the onions, and you cut them into small cubes. Then prepared a pan or a casserole dish and melt the fat. In the meantime, the meat is well washed and patted dry with paper towels. If the meat is not cut, now is the time to do it. If the oil is hot, add the meat and fry it vigorously on all sides. When the meat is browned, take it out of the pan and put it aside. Fry the onion in the fat of the meat. When this is done, put the meat back in and season it with tomato paste and paprika. Once this is done, flavour it with pepper and salt. Then add sufficient water and leave to for about stew 90 minutes. 10 minutes before the meat is done, cook the pasta, following the instructions on the package. Then mix meat and pasta together and thicken the sauce with cream and flour. Chop the parsley and garnish your dish with it. Serve it either in bowls or on separate plates.
