Preparation:
Boil the water and cook the rice. In the meanwhile, peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onions into small cubes. Add the ground beef in a large bowl. Add the diced onions. Add salt, pepper, a clove of garlic and the soaked bread. Work everything to a homogeneous mass. Shape into about 2-centimetre large dumplings. Fry them in butter. Wash the spring onions and cut into slices. Chop the garlic; then clean the mushrooms and fry them in a large pan with the onion and garlic. Put the broth over it. Cut peaches into medium-sized cubes. Add rice to the meat, together with the onions and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Finally, add the diced peaches and some of the juice. Stir well and bring it all to the boil. Put it all in different bowls so that the kids can help themselves. Everyone can take as much as he likes.
