Chicken fricassee

Preparation:
Boil the entire chicken in a large pot. Then remove all the tendons and bones and cut into cubes. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the flour in it. Deglaze with enough chicken broth until you get a creamy sauce. After the sauce is finished, mix in the egg yolk and add the cream. Slowly add all the other ingredients. After you have added asparagus, mushrooms and mixed vegetables season it with lemon juice, sugar and salt. Add the capers to the chicken fricassee. This chicken fricassee goes well with boiled potatoes, potatoes and parsley as well as with rice. If you do not like capers in your chicken fricassee, don’t put them in. Consider if you would like to serve this lunch on separate plates or in a bowl for everybody to help themselves.
