Chicken and pineapple curry with rice

Ingredients:
  • 2 kg chicken breast (also turkey possible)
  • 6 canned pineapple in pieces
  • 3 cup cream
  • 3 cup cream - cheese
  • 12 spring onions
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 6 tablespoons honey
  • Curry powder
  • 6 tsp chicken or vegetable (instant)
  • 12 bags of rice
  • Some oil
  • Salt pepper
  • Chilli powder

Preparation:

Wash, clean and dry the chicken breast. Then cut into dice-sized pieces or strips. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown. While the meat is frying, peel the spring onions and cut them into thin slices. Peel the garlic and squeeze. Place in a bowl and put aside for the time being. Once the meat is brown add the honey. Add the spring onions and garlic and fry with the meat. Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Add the pineapple to the meat and fry a little longer. In the meantime, cook the rice; follow the instructions on the package. Later add the curry to the chicken and fry briefly. Once again bring it all to the boil and season with salt, pepper, curry, pineapple juice, broth and chilli. Serve it all with the rice.
