Potato zucchini gratin in the beef cubes bed

Ingredients:
  • 3 kg of lean beef
  • 6 onions
  • 450 ml Beef Fond
  • 2,250 g potatoes
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 450 g grated Gruyere cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 9 tablespoons oil
  • 6 zucchini
  • 12 EL Creme Fraiche

Preparation:

To begin, cut the beef into cubes, then fry in an ovenproof dish with some oil.

Peel and crush the garlic, peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Next, peel the tomatoes and cut into quarters.

Add all the veggies to the meat and fry it all.

Next, add the broth and crème Fraiche and keep frying. Now cut the zucchini into very thin slices, then layer them like roof tiles on the meat cubes.

Sprinkle it with grated cheese and put on the lid. Cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Then take the lid off and bake for another 20 minutes.
