Potato mince broccoli gratin

Preparation:
First cook the potatoes, then chill them with cold water. Next, peel the stems of the broccoli and cut them into small pieces. Then put them into hot water for a few minutes and eventually add the florets and cook until soft.
While the broccoli is cooking cut one or two cloves of garlic and rub all over the baking dish, then grease it with 4 tbsp. of oil. Next, peel the potatoes, and slice into thicker pieces, then layer them into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Now, sprinkle the mince equally over the potatoes, season and then layer it with the broccoli. Put the milk into a pot and heat it up. To the cream add the starch and stir while it is cold. As soon the liquid is smooth you can add it to the milk. Season and then pour it over the broccoli.
Finally, grate the cheese and sprinkle it on top, followed by a few flakes of butter. Preheated the oven to 220 ° C oven and bake for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
