Potato gratin with wild garlic

Preparation:
Peel the semi-solid potatoes, then wash and grate them into thin slices. Next get a baking tray and grease it generously with butter.
Wash the wild garlic under running cold water, dry it and chop into fine strips. Mix it with the potatoes and season with salt.
Next layer the potatoes into the baking dish. Then mix it with milk and cream, season with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Grate the cheese finely and mix into the milk-cream mixture. Now pour over the potatoes.
Preheated the oven to 180 ° C and bake on the middle rack for approx. 40 minutes or until it is golden brown.
