Preparation:
First, you need to peel and quarter the apples, then remove the seeds. Likewise, wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into half. Then cut the potatoes and apples in a way that you get slices, which you push down with your palm so that you get a kind of a fan. Use a sharp knife when cutting.
Next chop the garlic finely, and put it with the marjoram, nutmeg and salt in a pot. Add the cream and bring it all to the boil.
Next get a baking tray and grease it generously with butter. Then put the apples and potatoes in layers onto the tray. When finished, pour the sour cream with all the spices on top. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.
