Preparation:
Before you can start with the casserole, you have to wash and peel the kohlrabi, cut in half and the halves into slices. Meanwhile, bring the chicken broth with the milk to a boil and cook the kohlrabi slices for 10 minutes, then drain. Put the cooking liquid into a measuring cup, then melt the butter in the pot and prepare a roux. Add cooking liquid as much as it is needed.
