Preparation:
Choose a sufficiently large pot, and bring salt water the boil. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. It is up to you to use basmati or brown rice. While the rice is cooked, the onions are peeled and cut into small cubes. Place the onions in a bowl and set aside. Next, clean, wash and cut the green beans into about 3cm pieces. If you want, you can use beans from a jar instead. Now clean the mushrooms and cut into pieces as well. Again, use mushrooms from the jar if you want. In a large pot heat up some oil and fry the onions and mushrooms, add the beans and fry shortly. The vegetables are quenched with the broth and briefly boil with the savoury. Take the savoury out and stir in the cooked rice. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at about 200 ° C for 30 minutes. Serve with salad.
