Gorgonzola Schnitzel

Preparation:
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry until golden brown. Add tomatoes and cream. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and add as well. Dissolve the stock cube in a glass of hot water. Add broth along with the sage to the sauce. Season the sauce with salt and pepper. Wash the schnitzels thoroughly and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and put flour on both sides. Grease a large baking dish (if you have only small ones, you might need two or more baking dishes) fill it with half of the sauce. Place the schnitzel in the sauce and cover with the remaining sauce. Preheat the stove in the meantime to 150°C, and bake the schnitzels for two hours. This dish goes very well with rice or pasta.
