Stuffed paprika with minced meat

Preparation:
Peel the onions and cut into cubes. Place in a bowl and set aside. Wash the peppers and cut off the top, remove the seeds. Wash 6 tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes also. In a saucepan heat a little oil and cook about half the onion until they are glassy. Add the minced meat and fry it all. Next, add the diced tomatoes and half of the tomato purée and fry. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, mix gently and fill the peppers with it. Put a big pan on the stove, add a little oil and the rest of the onions. Then add the rest of the tomatoes and pour the broth over. Let the peppers simmer at low heat for 1 hour. Then remove the peppers and keep warm. Mix the remaining tomato paste with the sauce and puree it all. Finally, bring it all to the boiling point, add the cream and season with salt and pepper, thicken with flour. Serve with rice.
