Preparation:
Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Then cut the meat into cubes as well, then fry it with the onions.
Boil the potatoes in hot water.
Now get a tightly shut pot, maybe a Sicomatic and put heaps of small margarine flakes on the bottom. Next, comes a layer of potatoes, then onions, meat. Keep going like that until you have used up all the ingredients. Make sure you finish with a layer of meat.
Now let everything cook on a low heat.
In the meantime, combine the sour cream with the flour and wine and stir until you get a lump-free mass.
Then add this to the layered pot, mix well and turn up the heat a bit.
Cook it, until you are satisfied with the smoothness. If it gets too thick you can add a little red wine; if it is too thin, just add a little sour cream. If you have no wine, a bit of broth will do as well. When finished, season with salt and pepper.
