Roast pork and potato dumplings

Ingredients:
  • about 6kg of roast pork
  • 6 packs potato dumplings
  • 15 onions
  • 300 g margarine
  • Mondamin
  • Pepper, salt, pepper

Preparation:

Heat up some margarine, then fry the meat quickly and season with salt and pepper.

Put on the lid and simmer for about 1.5 hours, stir occasionally.

Add the paprika after an hour.

To prepare the sauce, add a little Mondamin with a little water and season.

While the meat is cooking, you prepare the potato dumplings. – Work according to the instructions of the package.
