Pork-cream Sliced on tagliatelle with rocket salad

Preparation:
First, you cut the meat into equal sized, bite-sized pieces. Now place it into flour which you added some salt. Shake off the excess flour and fry quickly on each side.
Now peel and crush the garlic, and add 3 pinches of sea salt to make a paste.
Dice the onions and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry everything. Then add the broth and white wine and bring it all to the boil again.
Now thicken the liquid with a little cream. If necessary, you can add broth and season it with salt and pepper.
Just before serving warm up the meat once again.
