Vegetable Lasagne

Preparation:
Place the margarine in a saucepan and melt. Stir the flour in and wait until the flour thickens. Once this is done, stir in the milk. Stir with a whisk to make sure it stays smooth. Season with spice mixture, salt and pepper. Then put the sauce aside. Wash and peel the vegetables, depending on your choice of veggies. Cut into slices, cubes or strips. Put the vegetables in the sauce and put it back on the stove. Let the sauce simmer. Finally, wash and chop the parsley, and put it to the vegetable sauce. Grease a baking dish. First pour in a layer of sauce, then a layer of lasagne sheets. Repeat until all is used up. The sauce should be your last layer. Cover the lasagne with lots of cheese and bake at 200 until golden °.
