Preparation:
First of all, get the water for the tortellini to the boil and cook them immediately. With the tortellini, you have the choice to either use dried noodles or use a fresh product. In addition, you can choose between various fillings. The amount of fresh pasta should be correspondingly larger. As soon as the noodles are cooked, remove the water and put the noodles back into the pot. Now it is time to cut the cooked ham into cubes. The mushrooms are drained and put aside for the time being In a sufficiently large pot, melt the butter and sauté the cooked ham in it. Then add mushrooms and peas. Lastly put in some sour crème. Season with spices and simmer until the peas are somewhat thawed. Put the noodles on plates and serve with the sauce. As an alternative, this dish can be baked as well. As with most Italian dishes, this one too goes well with a salad.
