Preparation:
To begin bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Make sure the pot is large enough to cook the spaghetti. Next, peel and cut the onions and garlic and put it in a bowl. In a large pan heat the olive oil and fry the mince until it crumbles. While the meat is frying, you have enough time to cut the onion into small cubes and chop the garlic or squeeze it through the press. By the time the meat is ready, add the onions and garlic and fry them for a little while. In the meantime, the spaghetti should be ready too. Now put the tomatoes and cream to the mince and onions and season it. Let it boil for a few moments. Put the spaghetti on a plate, put the sauce on top and serve. The cheese, Parmesan or otherwise, serve in an extra bowl. Tomato salad or green lettuce make for a great side dish.
