Pasta with Pangasius

Preparation:
Wash and pat dry the fish fillets. Then cut into bite-size pieces. Peel garlic cloves and cut into cubes. Fry them in olive oil until golden brown. Put the cut fish to the garlic and fry quickly. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water. Follow the directions on the package. If your pot is not big enough, cook the pasta in several portions. Clean the spring onions and cut into strips. As soon as the fish fillet is ready, add the spring onions to the pan. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 2 minutes. Now season it with salt, pepper and herbs. If you like fish somewhat spicy, add chilli accordingly to taste. Gently mix the noodles with the fish, put everything in a bowl and serve.
