Noodles from the Alps

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 kg pasta (Squirrel)
  • 1.8 kg the previous day-potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 600 g Mountain Cheese
  • smoked bacon 750g
  • 12 Tbsp chopped parsley coarsely
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • nutmeg
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

Cook the pasta according to the pasta pack. Then drain in a colander and put aside for the time being.

In the meantime, cut the onions and smoked bacon into cubes and fry until crisp in oil. Now cut the potatoes into cubes and add to the bacon and onions, put it all in a large bowl and mix well.
