Preparation:
Fry the mince while constantly stirring. Peel the onions and chop finely; then add to the minced meat. Add the peeled tomatoes and the tomato paste to it. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and some sugar. Boil the sauce for about 30 minutes. Chop the parsley coarsely and stir into the sauce. Put the sauce aside and let it cool. Whisk the Parmesan with 6 eggs. Pour the mixture into the cooled sauce and stir. Cook the macaroni in salt water. Melt the butter in a large pot for the sauce, stir in the flour and pour in the milk. Boil until you get a creamy sauce. Remove from the stove and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg. Mix the remaining eggs and put it in the béchamel sauce. Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put in 2/3 of the pasta, then one layer of meat sauce and cover with the rest of the noodles. Last, comes the béchamel, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180 ° for about 45 minutes.
