Creamy slices with Noodle topping

Ingredients:
  • 750g macaroni
  • 1.5kg chopped steak meat
  • 6 onions
  • 750g mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1.5 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 12 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 120g butter
  • 1.5 litre of broth
  • Sauce binder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil

Preparation:

Place a large pot of salted water on the stove and cook the macaroni; drain the water and put the macaroni aside for the time being. Wash the meat and pat dry. Then cut it into strips. Peel the onions and dice. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meat strips. Add the onions and mushrooms and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Fry meat and mushrooms by low temperature for about 15 minutes. Mix flour and cream, add it to the meat and bring it to the boil. If the sauce turns out too thin, stir in some cornflour. Season the meat with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the meat in a baking dish and spread the noodles on it. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and put butter flakes on top. Bake at 200 ° for 20 minutes.
