Preparation:
First cut the beef into thick slices, then into large cubes and season it with spices such as thyme, pepper, garlic powder and basil.
Peel the cucumber and slice it into large cubes, do the same with the bacon and the tomatoes, then peel the onions and quarter them.
All the chopped ingredients are placed alternating on the skewers, then season again with thyme and pepper.
Bevor putting the skewers on the grill put some oil on them. Then grill them for 5 – 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can place them into a pan and fry them 6-8 minutes.
Before serving, season them again and put on a plate with rice.
