Cordon Bleu

Ingredients:
  • 12 slices of Parma ham
  • 375 g Appenzeller cheese slices
  • 12 Pork Chops Boneless
  • bread crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons oil
  • pepper and salt

Preparation:

Wash the chops and pat dry and cut in a way, so that you arrive with meat bags.

Next into each bag put a slice of ham and cheese and close it with a toothpick. Make sure that nothing of the filling can fall out.

Now heat some oil in a pan. In the meanwhile, season the chops with salt and pepper.

Put some breadcrumbs on a plate and turn the chops in it.

Then sauté the meat in the roasting pan briefly on each side.

Place in a preheated oven at 210 ° C and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes, or the cheese gets runny.
