Preparation:
Mix the lemon, the egg and sausage meat with the so-called "Chügeli" and put into a hot water bath for 1o minutes.
Roast the flour and butter slightly then add the white wine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. To get a creamy sauce, you need to add liquid until the right consistency is achieved.
Simmer the sauce for another 5 minutes, then refine with cream.
Place the "Chügeli" into the sauce for a few minutes to achieve the flavour.
