Preparation:
Bring the water to the boil, then cook the eggs. Peel the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Place the butter cheese on a baking paper so that its ends overlap. If you go over these edges with a rolling pin, they will stick together firmly. . Now sprinkle with cooked ham and the cheese. Mix the soft butter with mustard and egg yolks, salt and pepper into a spreadable paste. Next add the peppers, chopped egg and chives. If you do not like chives, you can replace them with parsley. Chop it finely as well. Now spread this filling evenly on your roll and roll it up from its long side. Then you simply put the cheese roll in aluminium foil and put it in the fridge to let set for a while. Before serving, you should cut the cheese roll in about one centimetre thick slices. The cheese almost perfectly fits onto baguette slices. Since there is already butter in the filling, put the cheese just on the baguette and serve.
