Tricolored chocolate mousse

Ingredients:

For the whole milk cream:

  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 300 ml cream
  • 300ml milk
  • 8 sheets of gelatine

For the coconut cream with white chocolate:

  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 ml unsweetened coconut milk
  • 8 sheets of gelatine
  • 100g sugar
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200g white chocolate

For the dark chocolate cream:

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 400 ml cream
  • 400 ml milk
  • 400g sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 sheets of gelatine

Preparation:

For the whole milk, cream break the chocolate into pieces and heat in cream and milk. While the chocolate is melting, soak the gelatine. Squeeze out the gelatine and melt above the water. Stir into chocolate cream until solid. For the coconut cream mix with white chocolate, the coconut cream with condensed milk and dissolve the white chocolate in it. Soak the gelatine, squeeze and dissolve above the water. Whip the cream with sugar, add to the rest. Put the white cream on top of the chocolate cream, then put into the fridge to cool. For the dark chocolate cream break the chocolate into pieces and melt with the cream in a saucepan. Soak the gelatine and dissolve. Put everything in a pot and stir until smooth. Place on the white cream layer. Put in the fridge until solid. Finally, put the bowl briefly into hot water, then turn over on a tray. Enjoy your dessert.
