Salad with egg and broccoli

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 kg broccoli
  • 20 potatoes
  • 300g red lentils
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 100 ml of ethyl
  • 4 l broth
  • 10 eggs
  • 50 radishes
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Marjoram, pepper and salt

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Wash the broccoli, cut off the stems and cut into florets.

Then cut the radishes and tomatoes into small quarters.

Now prepare the broth, then add the lentils, broccoli and potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Scoop out and drain. Put aside and let cool down for a while.

Now peel the boiled eggs, and chop finely. In a bowl mix the radishes, oil, vinegar and tomato, then season with marjoram, salt and pepper.
