Surfing Away

Number of people: 10
Ingredients:
  • 20 cl white grape juice
  • 20 cl mineral water
  • 20 cl banana juice
  • 20 cl whipping cream
  • 30 cl kiwi juice
  • 10 egg yolks
  • Lemon balm leaves
  • Crushed Ice

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients except the mineral water in a blender and mix well.

Next strain over crushed ice and fill into glasses. Garnish with fruit, paper umbrellas, plastic palm trees and straws.
