Preparation:
The Surimi Sticks you can find in all fish departments of large supermarkets. Always make sure, you get the fresh one from the cooling section.
First prepare the creamy sauce, made with mayonnaise, cream cheese, tomato paste, cheese, ketchup and sherry. Then season with freshly ground pepper, peppercorns and salt.
Next, wash the tomatoes and let them drip dry, then cut off the top. Then spoon the inside out of the tomato. Now fill the hollow tomato with the North Sea Crab salad.
Garnish the tomatoes with dill and put on a plate. Decorate the plate with the surimi sticks, then top it up with the sauce and serve with a fresh baguette.
