Pepper boats are quick to prepare and taste absolutely delicious. They are best served with a baguette as a snack.
First, cut the peppers into half, the remove the skin as well as the seeds. Then divide it half into 3 pieces.
Now mix the fresh lemon juice with the cream cheese and stir until you get a smooth paste. To spice it all up add some crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Beat the cream until stiff and fold into the cream cheese. In a none stick pan roast the almonds until golden brown. (Don’t use any oil or butter). Then take off the stove and allow to cool down.
Now, wash the chives and chop finely. Get a spray bag with a star shape and put the cream cheese inside. Then splash it on the pepper boat.
Before serving you decorated the pepper boats even with the chives and sliced and roasted almonds.
