Omelette

Ingredients:
  • boiled for 3 kg of potatoes
  • 600 g feta cheese crumbles
  • 18 eggs
  • 750 g chopped onions
  • chopped parsley
  • chopped chives
  • 375 ml milk
  • Pepper salt

Preparation:

Wash and dice the potatoes, then put them in the pan and fry until golden brown.

Next, add the cheese and the onions and season with pepper and salt.

At the end mix in the eggs with the chopped chives, milk and parsley and pour over the potatoes.

Let it all sit for five minutes now.

Garnish with two leaves of parsley before serving.
