Camomile shampoo

Material:

For 400 ml shampoo you will need:

• 250 ml distilled water
• 15 g Camomile petals
• 200 ml Shampoo base
• 25ml Kamillentinktur

Step for step instructions:

1. Prepare all of the ingredients. Boil up the distilled water in a little saucepan.

2. Pour the boiling water over the petals. Let the petals soak for 3 hours.

3. Place the mixture in a fine sieve. Shake off the petals and collect the residue.

4. Press the petals firmly in the sieve using a large spoon.

5. Mix the shampoo base in a pot or bowl with the residue and the tincture.

6. Fill the shampoo into a clean bottle and close the bottle firmly.
