Bell and teddy
This craft idea makes a nice window picture. It is relatively easy to make, requires few materials and takes approximately half an hour to make. It is suitable for primary school children.
Material:
- Coloured paper
- Scissors and paste
- Card for the stencils
- Black fibre pen
Templates:
The colours can be varied. Please pay attention to the quantities.
Preparations:
Draw the parts onto coloured paper with the help of the stencils and cut them out. Make several stencils depending on the number of children.
Process:
Draw the parts onto coloured paper using the stencils. Some stencils are required more than once. Then cut the pieces out and stick them together as follows:
-
The inner part of the bell onto the bell
-
The star onto the front side of the bell
-
The ringer inside the bell
-
The teddy onto the bell
-
Pullover and trousers onto the teddy (front side)
-
Star from the reverse side of the bell
-
The legs and arms onto the pullover and trousers
-
Pullover and trousers onto the teddy (reverse side)
When sticking the pieces down make sure that the reverse side looks nice as well because it will be seen from both sides. Draw the face of the teddy with black pen (you may need to help the children with this). Pull a thin yarn through the bell. This will allow the picture to be hung up.
