Jumping Jack ‘scarecrow’
Materials:
- Craft card/paper or foam rubber
- Glue, scissors, coloured pens
- Sewing needles, split pins, thread
- Wobbly eyes, straw, buttons, feathers
Instructions:
Cut out a hat and a circle for the face out of the craft card or foam rubber. For the dress cut out two identical arm pieces and one body piece – the dress hem can be cut in a zig zag pattern or wavy as desired.
Stick the wobbly eyes onto the face. Cut out a nose and mouth out of craft card and stick them on, or alternatively draw them on using coloured pens.
Stick the hat onto the head; decorate with buttons, straw and feathers. Punch holes for the split pins at the ends of the arms and on the body. Punch a hole into the head and attach a thread for hanging.
