Bird house

Bird house A feeding table for birds is very simple to make. You will need a front section and back section which will be made into a triangle, as well as a floor section and 2 roof halves. Simple boards can be used to make the table; they should be approx. 15-20 mm thick. The front piece of the triangle should be 9cm wide and 26cm high. A hole with a 2,5cm diameter is drilled into the centre. The back section of the triangle should be 9cm wide plus the size of the walls. That means if the boards are 2cm thick, you will need a width of 13cm. The angles of both sides are identical to the angle of the front section. The floor section should be 9cm wide and 8cm long. To fix the floor exactly into position, the edges should be sawn with the correct angle so that the floor sits exactly on the boards and so that roof slopes sit perfectly. The slopes of the roof hang 15mm under the floor section on each side. A simple piece of wood is used as a roof. When all sections have been shaped to fit, the bird table can be nailed together.
